Koentjoeng Soerodikromo departed to Suriname as colonial employee on 6th May 1919 at the age of 22. His origin is the village of Pantjoeran. He worked in Pieterzorg Paramaribo Plantation with contract number VV652 from 1919 to 1924.

Taman Sari

Dewi Photo is one of the oldest photo studios in Salatiga. My family always went there for a formal photo shoot. We went there last time in the 80s, and they still exist until today.

They posted a series of photograph taken by the late founder of the studio, Andreas Budianto (Tjiang Gwat Bing). These are dedicated to him.
